Card Player has announced that Jeff Shulman hired one of the biggest names in poker to coach him. Shulman, the first member of the 2009 November Nine to publicly declare that he has chosen a poker coach, has reportedly selected 11-time bracelet-winner and 1989 World Champion Phil Hellmuth as his coach for the main-event final table this November. The Commerce Hold'em Series, which runs the last two weeks in September, is well underway, and the buzz around town revolves around one unique event and Matt Savage is poised for more accolade because on September 23rd, the Commerce Casino will host the Ironman Tournament event. In the end, the Ironman Tournament may prove to be more than a test of endurance to establish which of its participants is the Ironman of poker; it may finally put to rest the question of what tournament structure should be versus what tournament players what them to be.
